Whats so healthy about that recipe. LOL I mean 2 Tab oil and 2 tab butter or marge. Good lord.. Also what's wrong with real garlic and onion and I bet the Alfredo sauce is fattening too. Each to his own but that's fattening to me.

Or take one cookie sheet place plastic 12 oz cups on the sheet.
Take fruit mixture spoon in to 8-12 Oz. plastic cups. Fill half the way up the cup. add the prepaied jello mixture to the cups to 1/4 of the top of the glass.Cover with plastic wrap refigerate . When fully set place indivigual serving cups in a zip lock baggie to keep fresh less...
For casseroles and dishes requiring a cream sauce I use evaporated milk. You kind of have to mess with it and add things to it to get the taste you are after but it does work and is alot less fat than heavy cream.

Yummy Chicken Alfredo with Broccoli side
Chicken Breast, no skin, 4
Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
Alfredo Sauce, 1 jar
Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices

3tbsp butter (margarine)
Salt to taste
Directions
Sprinkle garlic powder and onion powder over chicken breasts
Brown chicken breast in olive oil.
Set aside and keep warm
Add mushrooms and sage and pepper if you must...
Sautee till mushrooms are tender
Add Alfredo sauce cook till warm.
Place warmed chicken breasts on a platter and spoon sauce over.
Place 1 pkg fresh (cut pieces - use stems too, just peel and yummy!) of broccoli to microwave safe bowl, add 3tbsp butter and salt, cover and microwave for 6 minutes on hi. Stir and serve.
